1999, all in one race: ambition, strategy and history of a recent past
25 years later, on the official F1 website, an interesting serial report retraces the exciting 1999 season through the testimonies of the protagonists who in different roles and in different capacities experienced that piece of motorsport history.
Among these, Marco Fainello, then Head of Vehicle Dynamics at Ferrari, now partner and CTO in Addfor S.p.A., tells us moments of his work in Michael Schumacher’s Dream Team, of the sporting battles with McLaren’s opponents and of the rivalry of driver no. 1 of the Maranello team with teammate Eddie Irvine.
